Overview

Boeing is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Quality Assurance Specialists - Entry-Level and Associate. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our products and processes, effectively meeting quality and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Support reviews of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program, and customer requirements in the development of quality assurance plans.
  • Assist with maintenance of quality directives, policies, processes, procedures, and metrics.
  • Collect data to support analysis of process data, metrics, models, and flows to identify root cause of routine problems.
  • Collect data to support research and analysis of performance reports to improve process capability.
  • Collect data to support quality source selection activity.
  • Support preparation for hardware, software, and system-level audits.
  • Compile data for material review disposition.
  • Work under close supervision.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student with a completed Bachelor's degree or higher by August 2025.
  • Problem-solving experience.
  • Enrolled in a Historically Black College and University.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a quality role.
  • Experience with quality management systems.
  • Preferred skills: project management, data analysis, supply chain management, information technology, SQL/programming, and other related skills.
  • Level 2: Bachelor's with typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g., Master).
