As a Visual Inspector, you will be responsible for visually inspecting parts for imperfections and rejecting unacceptable material and product according to specifications. You will also be required to move inspected parts to designated areas when necessary. In addition, you will oversee daily functions and ensure a smooth material flow. The ideal candidate will have a good attitude, be willing to learn, and possess good communication skills. The position requires a high school graduate or equivalent, basic math and reading skills, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move 40 lbs pans with dollies. Inspection experience and the ability to read a micrometer and caliper are a plus. The working conditions are machine shop environment with repetitive hand motions. The candidate should understand the importance of material flow and be able to work independently.
