Server - Hospitality Professional

As a Server at Shin Dig, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include providing attentive and courteous service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring prompt delivery of food and beverages. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining area, collaborating with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure seamless restaurant operations, and promoting daily specials and desserts to enhance the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
- Take orders accurately and input them into the POS system, double-checking for accuracy before submitting to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to established presentation standards.
- Monitor guests' needs, refilling drinks, clearing empty plates, and providing additional items as requested.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, setting up and cleaning tables before and after guest use.
Requirements:
- Previous upscale dining service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
