We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Southern Regional Medical Center. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the ICU, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest critical care practices and technologies.
- Current and valid state RN license.
- Current BLS certification and ACLS certification within 30 days of hire.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a staff RN in an acute care hospital, with critical care experience preferred.
- Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
- Critical Care RN (CCRN) certification preferred.
