Telesales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our team. As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for receiving calls and selling Primo Water products and services to potential customers. You will communicate with customers by phone to solicit orders and quote prices to persuade them to buy our products and services.

• Sales and Customer Service: Communicate with potential customers by phone to solicit orders and quote prices to persuade them to buy Primo Water products and services.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Primo Water products and services to customers.
• Inventory Management: Check inventory to ensure items are in stock and available for delivery.
• Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems for areas of improvement.
• Additional Responsibilities: Perform other functions as assigned by management.

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: Previous telesales and customer service experience.
• Language: Bi-lingual.
