We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our team at Primo Water North America. As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for receiving calls and selling Primo Water products and services to potential customers.

• Communicate with potential customers by phone to solicit orders and quote prices to persuade customers to buy Primo Water products and services.
• Explain special promotions to customers adhering to the prescribed script.
• Upsell and/or cross-sell products and services to customers.
• Complete appropriate paperwork and records necessary customer sales information at time of the sale.
• Meet or exceed corporate sales objectives through interviewing and identifying customer needs to proactively offer Primo Water products and services.
• Check inventory to ensure items are in stock and available for delivery.
• Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems for areas of improvement.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous telesales and customer service experience.
• Bilingual.
