About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals who thrive in fast-paced, team-based environments and have an interest in learning about the world of wine. No prior knowledge of wine is required, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential. As a Wine Service Ambassador, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Exceptional Service: You will be responsible for creating a memorable experience for our guests, anticipating and exceeding their needs and expectations.
  • Expert Knowledge: You should have a thorough understanding of our menu, including ingredients, preparation techniques, and allergens. You will also be familiar with wine pairings, which will be supported by our team of Wine Educators/Sommeliers.
  • Team Player: You will work well with others, being energetic, friendly, and willing to adapt to changing situations.
  • Adaptability: You will be open to change and new systems and service steps, ensuring seamless execution of our service standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Team Player: You should be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting your colleagues to achieve our service goals.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive attitude is essential, along with a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
  • Ability to Multi-Task: You will be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing guest needs and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Food Handling Procedures: You will have proficiency in food handling procedures, adhering to industry standards and guidelines.
  • Hospitality Industry Practices: Familiarity with hospitality industry practices will be beneficial in providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Requirements:

  • Age 21+: You must be at least 21 years old to apply for this position.
  • High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Weekend Availability: You must be available to work weekends, as this is a core part of our business.
  • Physical Demands: You will need to be able to lift 40 pounds and stand, walk, and talk for extended periods as job duties require.
