We are seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Architect with a strong background in back-end system design to become a vital part of our expanding Delivery team.

Role Significance
As a Technical Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in strategizing and managing the technical frameworks of client projects developed within our Builder Studio platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Sales and Delivery teams to understand client requirements and assess project feasibility.
  • Presenting tailored technical solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Documenting architectural designs and technical tasks during user story refinement.
  • Ensuring the quality of all technical deliverables, including code quality, test automation, and code handover.
  • Leading the resolution of technical challenges and providing expert troubleshooting across all project delivery aspects.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and advocating for innovation in automating the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Over 5 years of experience with various web, back-end, or mobile technologies.
  • Expertise in Ruby / Ruby on Rails within a cloud-based environment.
  • Experience in presenting technical solutions to clients.
  • A proven history of designing scalable and maintainable technical architectures.
  • Experience in leading development efforts across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with working alongside off-shore developers across different time zones.
  • Knowledge of code review tools and practices to maintain high code quality standards.
  • Experience in creating comprehensive documentation, unit tests, integration tests, and security assessments.
  • A solid understanding of GitOps principles.

Preferred Skills
Additional skills that would be beneficial include:

  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with open-source monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Experience with React Native and ReactJS.
