This pivotal role within Advocate Health focuses on nurturing and enhancing the relationships between our laboratory services and the medical community. The Client Engagement Specialist is tasked with fostering collaboration between Advocate Health and its physician outreach clients, ensuring both growth and retention within a designated area. This position is essential for delivering ongoing support, expertise, and training related to laboratory services and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Builds and sustains exceptional client relationships, ensuring high service standards and swift resolution of any service-related issues.
- Provides comprehensive account management, including client onboarding, training, billing inquiries, and effective communication of reports.
- Conducts strategic visits to physician offices, focusing on maximizing opportunities that yield significant returns.
- Collaborates with the management team to enhance patient experiences and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintains an up-to-date understanding of laboratory offerings and the associated business and technical processes.
- Assists in the creation and dissemination of client communication materials, ensuring clarity and relevance.
- Delivers engaging presentations that effectively communicate the benefits of our services, aligning them with client needs.
- Facilitates user training sessions and participates in client seminars to promote best practices in laboratory processes and patient safety.
- Analyzes trends from Client Business Intelligence Reports, ensuring timely follow-up with management regarding findings.
- Possesses knowledge of various IT systems, including Electronic Medical Records and Laboratory Information Systems, assisting in staff training as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Health Care Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in Medical Laboratory Science, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Client Services.
Skills and Abilities:
- Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Work Environment:
- Standard office environment with occasional travel required.
- Exposure to various weather conditions while traveling.
