Key Responsibilities- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to patients with a focus on bio-psychosocial needs.
- Assess and identify psychosocial, educational, developmental, and behavioral functioning of patients and families.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Conduct crisis intervention and provide support to patients and families in need.
- Represent the facility at legal hearings and submit paperwork for legal holds in a timely manner.
- Master's Degree in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field.
- Minimum of two years' experience in a psychiatric health care facility with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills.
- CPR/First Aid and CPI Training.
