As a Transportation Specialist at Kirkland Village, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our residents to various activities and appointments. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $16 - $17.
Responsibilities:
Safely transport residents in company vehicles to and from activities and appointments
Assist residents in and out of vehicles, ensuring their comfort and safety
Operate lift equipment to load and unload wheelchairs as needed
Collaborate with the maintenance department to maintain company vehicles
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition
Recognize and report any changes in a resident's condition to medical personnel
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
CDL preferred
Current CPR certification preferred
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
