Responsibilities- Patient Registration: Accurately gather patient information and maintain detailed records.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, manage calendars, and ensure timely patient flow.
- Check-in and Check-out: Process patient arrivals and departures efficiently, verifying insurance information and collecting payments.
- Phone Handling: Answer incoming calls promptly, provide information, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Administrative Support: Scan documents, maintain files, and assist with general office tasks.
- Patient Communication: Address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues effectively.
- Sales and Marketing: Promote products and services as needed, providing information to patients.
