We seek a dedicated individual to provide efficient delivery of quality customer service at our front desk.  

JOB SUMMARY:
  • Patient registration.
  • Appointment scheduling.
  • Check-in and Check-out.
  • Answer phones.
  • Scan documents.
  • Handle patient concerns.
  • Product/Service sales.

SKILLS:
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Positive outlook and upbeat personality.
  • Ability to multitask.

EDUCATION:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
TRAINING:
  • On-the-job training offered
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Flexible work schedule.
  • Travel is required between Norwalk and Stamford offices.
SCHEDULE:
  • Monday - Thursday.
  • Must have open availability to work between the hours of 7:45 am to 6:30 pm.
COMPENSATION:
  • Salary based on experience.
  • $300 Sign-on bonus after 6 months of employment.
