Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Professional to join our team. As a Direct Care Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of others and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing direct care and support to individuals with compassion and empathy.
  2. Assisting with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  3. Implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
  4. Planning and facilitating engaging activities to promote socialization and personal growth.
  5. Supporting individuals in developing and maintaining life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting.
  6. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the overall well-being of the individuals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or HiSet.
  • Previous experience in a direct care role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
