Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement infrastructure solutions to support business growth and scalability
  • Oversee multiple functional areas, including servers, storage, databases, virtualization, networking, NOC, telecom, engineering services, and labs
  • Partner with product and development leadership teams to create and implement strategies for delivering reliable and scalable infrastructure
  • Establish architecture and standards to support company objectives
  • Lead complex projects and initiatives, coordinating between customers, internal team members, and suppliers/partners
  • Identify system needs, capture requirements, and evaluate current state environments to inform architectural recommendations
  • Manage vendor relationships and drive vendor negotiations
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of progressively responsible work experience in IT, SaaS Ops, or a similar field
  • Strong history of leadership, managing a diverse team in multiple locations
  • Delivery of developing strategy and executing it through to completion
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to deliver technical guidance to all aspects of the team
  • Experience working with CIOs and/or CTOs as a customer, establishing credibility and confidence in delivery and strategy
  • Strong background in all aspects of infrastructure and DevOps
  • Excellent process and best practice acumen, vendor management, delivering increased availability and service for customers
  • SLA management experience
  • Ability to drive transformation across teams
