ROLE SUMMARY:

We are looking for an AI/ML Developer with a strong emphasis on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and a proven track record in training, fine-tuning, and assessing transformer models. The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience, a solid foundation in machine learning engineering, and a passion for developing full-stack applications utilizing generative AI models within the healthcare domain.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: Demonstrated experience in AI/ML development roles with a concentration on NLP. Familiarity with the healthcare industry or handling healthcare data is advantageous.

Technical Proficiencies: Expertise in training, fine-tuning, and evaluating transformer models using PyTorch and HuggingFace. Experience in crafting full-stack applications with large language models (LLMs). Proficient in Python, PyTorch, huggingface-transformers, and LLM orchestration frameworks such as langchain.

Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for fostering innovation and adopting new technologies. Strong communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

AI/ML Development: Engage in training and fine-tuning transformer models utilizing PyTorch and HuggingFace. Currently, we are utilizing GPT-4 in production while developing our proprietary generative models for diverse applications.

Full-Stack Development: Create full-stack applications leveraging large language models (LLMs).

Collaboration: Partner closely with the AI/ML team and cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into Clearpol's offerings.

Research and Development: Remain informed about the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and trends. Propel innovation by incorporating new technologies and methodologies.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:

The ideal candidate should have experience with:

  • Full-stack development (as a small startup, versatility in web development tasks is essential)
  • Academic research

  • OpenAI
  • Huggingface / transformers
  • Pytorch
  • Pinecone for RAG application development
  • langchain
  • LLM Agent (ReAct, plan and execute, etc.) development
  • PostgreSQL
  • Developing HIPAA-compliant applications
  • Deploying ML models at scale
