ROLE SUMMARY:

We are in search of an AI/ML Developer with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and a proven track record in training, fine-tuning, and assessing transformer models. The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience, a solid foundation in machine learning engineering, and a keen interest in developing full-stack applications utilizing generative AI models, particularly within the healthcare domain.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: Demonstrated experience in AI/ML development roles with an emphasis on NLP. Experience in the healthcare sector or working with healthcare datasets is advantageous.

Technical Proficiencies: Expertise in training, fine-tuning, and evaluating transformer models using PyTorch and HuggingFace. Experience in crafting full-stack applications with large language models (LLMs). Familiarity with Python, PyTorch, huggingface-transformers, and LLM orchestration frameworks such as langchain is essential.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a knack for fostering innovation and implementing cutting-edge technologies. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team are crucial.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

AI/ML Development: Train and fine-tune transformer models utilizing PyTorch and HuggingFace. Currently, we are leveraging GPT-4 in production while working on training and fine-tuning our proprietary generative models for diverse applications.

Full-Stack Development: Design and develop full-stack applications incorporating large language models (LLMs).

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the AI/ML team and cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI/ML solutions into Clearpol's offerings.

Research and Development: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and trends. Propel innovation by adopting new technologies and methodologies.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:
