Job Summary

As a key member of the Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) team, the Division Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day IS operations across division facilities. This includes break/fix, moves/adds/changes, and project management, with a focus on prioritization and alignment with division leadership, ePMO, and IS initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage IS operations, including budgeting, procurement, and invoice processing
  • Align with division leadership, ePMO, and IS on division initiatives and resource allocation
  • Oversee project management, including prioritization and escalations using appropriate processes
Requirements

A bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, management information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Eight years of demonstrated experience in IT infrastructure, network systems, telecommunications systems, or desktop engineering. Previous leadership experience is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, client relations, and relationship building are required. Project management/leadership experience is also preferred.
