Sales Specialist

Medline is seeking a skilled sales professional to drive growth and success in our Skin Health solutions. As a sales specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability in independent Non-Acute accounts. Your expertise in skin health solutions and ability to build strong relationships with customers will be essential in achieving our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Skin Health Solutions Expertise
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, products, and clinical sciences to provide expert advice to customers.
- Collaborate with territory sales reps, Market Sales Directors, and Clinical Services to improve clinical outcomes and build customer loyalty.
- Conduct research, collect data, and analyze costs to increase customer value proposition.
2. Coaching and Training
- Provide feedback and coaching to sales reps to increase revenue and profitability for each account.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance sales reps' knowledge on Skin Health capabilities and solutions.
3. Key Accounts (Grow and Protect)
- Proactively target and cultivate relationships with key external stakeholders and organizations.
- Develop business plans to achieve targeted annual GM and sales growth in the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 3 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous wound care or related sales experience.
- Previous experience selling in assisted living, nursing homes, home health, and/or healthcare industry.
