Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a vital partner for the Product and Engagement Planning teams, facilitating the management and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Gather estimates for production efforts across various tactics, ensuring alignment with established brand strategies.
  • Lead the planning and execution of print production projects, ensuring quality assurance and compliance with brand standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships to enhance production processes and improve marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with Capability Leads and IT to effectively schedule resources and plan project executions.
  • Oversee warehouse management and troubleshoot requests from field teams.
  • Conduct status meetings with matrix participants to ensure project alignment and progress.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in print production purchasing and a strong understanding of offset printing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with Veeva Promomats system.
  • Minimum of 5 years in marketing or activation within a large organization.
  • At least 7 years of experience in print and digital marketing management.
  • 3+ years of project management experience preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is between $50 and $51 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
