  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sanitation management within a food manufacturing context.
  • Expertise in sanitation compliance, cleaning protocols, and chemical safety.
  • Strong understanding of sanitation regulations at local, state, and federal levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to effectively address sanitation challenges.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly convey sanitation practices to staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
  • Certification in Food Safety (CP-FS) or similar credentials is advantageous.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
