Job Summary

As a Steward Supervisor with Levy, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will supervise hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory of products to meet customer demands.
  • Maintain product cost and labor cost according to budget, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Supervise and train hourly staff to implement company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Maintain consistent, efficient service during peak hours, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Follow principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment, upholding the highest standards of quality.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds. Additionally, you will be required to perform other duties as assigned.
