Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our contact center, you'll be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive business growth.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, implementing changes that enhance customer experiences and drive business results.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with team members, stakeholders, and customers, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned.
- Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a contact center or customer service environment.
- Customer Service: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to various audiences.
