As a Guest Advocate at Target, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming experience for our guests. You will be responsible for assisting guests with their shopping needs, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist guests with their shopping needs, including answering questions and providing product information.
- Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
