About the Role

The Catering Services Manager is a key leadership position at Aramark, responsible for overseeing all aspects of catering solutions and special events at our locations.

This role will lead the Catering team to deliver exceptional events and catering experiences that meet customer expectations and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute catering solutions to meet customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
  • Ensure consistent quality in planning and executing events
  • Facilitate the delivery of prepared food and setup of events from banquet event orders
  • Assist clients in planning special events and providing creative solutions to their needs
  • Train and lead catering employees to ensure catering and event standards are followed
  • Provide completed Banquet Event Orders to the team and ensure quality assurance
  • Meet food and labor targets
  • Execute catering events of varying size and scope, including staffing and management
  • Ensure accurate reporting of catering-related revenue, expenses, and receivables
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and develop team members
  • Ensure compliance with food, occupational, and environmental safety policies
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Prior experience in a management or supervisory role preferred
  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, and catering preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Available to work event-based hours
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required
  • Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
