Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to take on the day-to-day duties of operating a Sauce on the Side location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing team members, counting money, working with Microsoft Excel, making calzones, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a Sauce on the Side location
  • Supervise and train team members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food
  • Count and manage cash and credit transactions
  • Use Microsoft Excel to track sales, inventory, and other key metrics
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area
  • Assist with menu planning and implementation
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing a fast-casual concept
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
