At this time, we are looking for a Junior Communications Coordinator to become part of our team. Through extensive training, we will provide our Communications Coordinators with the essential resources and guidance needed to succeed and advance within our organization.

Key Responsibilities of the Junior Communications Coordinator:

  • Engage with our client's customer base on a daily basis, emphasizing the importance of cultivating lasting relationships
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our client and their product offerings to effectively respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Develop proficiency in closing sales for designated customers when necessary
  • Participate in daily team discussions to ensure alignment on objectives and expectations
  • Deliver daily reports to supervisors and managers, detailing progress, challenges, achievements, and requesting any needed assistance
  • Comply with all client regulations and guidelines when interacting with customers, clients, and colleagues

Qualifications for the Junior Communications Coordinator:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, or a related discipline is preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in any communication-focused role (written or verbal)
  • A strong desire to learn, a readiness to embrace new challenges, and a commitment to personal and professional development
  • A passion for effective communication, both within the organization and externally
