Inova Fairfax Hospital's Outpatient Rehabilitation Team is seeking a PRN pediatric physical therapist to join our multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate has experience treating outpatient pediatrics, but will also consider candidates with strong student clinicals in outpatient pediatrics and a strong desire to specialize in outpatient pediatrics.
Key Responsibilities:- Select and apply appropriate evaluations and treatment methods for patients' diagnoses, age groups, and physical/emotional statuses.
- Formulate and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, medical staff, care team members, students, supervisors, and outside contacts.
- Certification in Basic Life Support upon start.
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist upon start.
- No prior experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; Master's Degree preferred.
