About the Position:

We are currently seeking a proficient and motivated Hybrid Litigation Paralegal to enhance our legal team. This position encompasses a combination of standard paralegal duties alongside case management functions, which include:
  • Conducting meticulous document assessments to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
  • Maintaining robust client relationships by providing consistent updates and addressing inquiries.
  • Effectively managing time to meet deadlines while handling multiple cases concurrently.

  • Organizing and interpreting medical records as required.

  • Staying informed about the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and applying them in all relevant activities.
  • Utilizing software tools such as Coyote, iTimekeep, and iManage for effective case file management and tracking of billable hours.
  • Conducting electronic filings in accordance with legal and organizational standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Paralegal certification is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a paralegal capacity, particularly in litigation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in document review, legal drafting, client management, and case oversight.
  • Strong familiarity with the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
  • Experience with Coyote, iTimekeep, and iManage is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional time management abilities and task prioritization skills.
  • Strong research capabilities and proficiency in interpreting medical records.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in electronic filing systems and legal research tools.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with care.
