Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with wholesale customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, driving business growth and revenue
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas, ensuring accurate and efficient operations
  • Pull and stock products from the sales floor or warehouse, maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy
  • Tint and mix products to customer specifications, ensuring quality and consistency
  • Stock shelves and set up displays, maintaining a visually appealing store environment
  • Clean store equipment, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
  • Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products
  • Assist in making deliveries, as needed, to meet customer needs
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas, ensuring a high level of store appearance and organization
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered, discussing available options and features with customers
  • Comply with inventory control procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient operations

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must have at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Must have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • Have at least a High School diploma or GED
  • Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
