The Role

We are in search of a dedicated and seasoned Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to become a vital member of our expanding team at Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in enhancing the financial well-being and growth trajectory of the organization. Your proficiency in FP&A methodologies, coupled with your technical capabilities in PeopleSoft, Essbase, and Excel, will empower you to generate precise forecasts, evaluate financial performance, and deliver valuable insights to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders throughout the organization to create and uphold comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Leverage PeopleSoft and Essbase to oversee financial data, streamline processes, and produce reports.
  • Perform thorough analyses of financial performance, focusing on revenue, expenses, and profitability indicators.
  • Develop insightful presentations and reports to convey financial outcomes and trends to senior management.
  • Identify and execute process enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A functions.
  • Engage in the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and precise financial reporting.
  • Remain informed about current financial trends and best practices in FP&A.
  • Guide and mentor junior FP&A team members.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Proven expertise with PeopleSoft, Essbase, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Leadership experience is a plus.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Background in expense and revenue analysis.
