Key Responsibilities- Customer Service Functions: Greet visitors, answer telephones, and guide clients and their pets to exam rooms.
- Scheduling and Confirmation: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with clients and our veterinary team.
- Communication and Education: Present and explain fees, process payments, and educate clients on general animal care and wellness.
- Product and Service Recommendations: Recommend and obtain products and services, including prescriptions, to meet the needs of our clients and their pets.
- Medical Records and Correspondence: Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Experience: At least one year of proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Excellent listening and communication skills, compassion for pets and people, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in an environment with potential hazards associated with pets.
