Production Team Lead

As a Production Supervisor at JBS USA Holdings, Inc., you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of productivity while maintaining cost efficiency and customer specifications. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Train and develop employees to achieve maximum quality and productivity performance
Plan and schedule manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize departmental policies and procedures
Manage employee performance, providing positive and corrective feedback
Promote department and company goodwill through proactive employee communication and involvement
Investigate areas of quality improvement, cost reduction, and method improvement
Requirements:
1+ years of supervisory experience
Poultry or food industry experience preferred
Effective communication and decision-making skills
Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage multiple priorities
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Education:
High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in a related field preferred
