Cribl is a company that values creativity and collaboration. We're looking for a Product Strategist to join our team, someone who can help us develop a product strategy that aligns with our customers' needs and company values.



The ideal candidate will have experience working in the Enterprise Software Space and a background in building and owning cloud services. They will be responsible for guiding the product roadmap, working closely with our UX, guidance, and engineering teams, and aligning with field teams and customers on key services and experiences.

Responsibilities


  • Guide the product roadmap by living in the product
  • Work across the Product team to build consensus on experiences and services that will be shared by our entire product portfolio
  • Work closely with our UX, guidance, and engineering teams to develop the best experience for a variety of personas and experience levels across our product portfolio
  • Work with the volumes of data we have about our products and users to build plans based on hard data with an eye on how to improve over time
  • Align with field teams and customers on key services and experiences to grow the value of our products


Requirements


  • 5 or more years in a Technical Product Manager role
  • Experience working in the Enterprise Software Space
  • Background building and owning cloud services with a focus on billing, meeting, cost management for enterprise services
  • Deep experience in customer journey mapping and working with User Experience teams building flows across growing product portfolios
  • Must be a strong communicator: writer and reader


We offer a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $200,000, depending on geographic location, and a generous benefits package including health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, and 401(k).
