Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Projects Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple medium to small capital investment projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage budgets and schedules for multiple capital investment projects and programs of moderate scope and complexity.
  • Drive efficiency into project delivery through the monitoring of delivery metrics and pursuit of more effective delivery and procurement approaches.
  • Deliver assigned capital projects in accordance with policies and procedures set forth in the Capital Program Management system to meet asset needs.
  • Ensure asset owner satisfaction in accordance with the scope of work agreed upon for each project.
  • Interact with operations personnel to ensure project delivery program meets operations needs and is coordinated with operations personnel on operational impacts related to project delivery program.
Requirements
  • Strong process, project, and program management skills.
  • Strong quantitative skills, including analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in report writing and presentations.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including persuasion, negotiation, listening, cooperation, tact, diplomacy, problem-solving, and internal consulting.
  • Leadership presence, including the ability to deal effectively and maintain collaborative relationships with company senior management and other key internal stakeholders.
