  • Utilize online order retrieval systems to verify or print patient orders.
  • Proactively analyze account activity, identify problems, and initiate appropriate actions/resolutions.
  • Complete check-in and check-out processes, including confirming patient identity, offering MyChart enrollment, and collecting co-pays or deposits.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Proficient in typing.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Healthcare finance and/or insurance knowledge.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in patient scheduling and/or registration.
  • Coding certification.
  • Certified Healthcare Associate Designation (NAHAM).
