About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Planning Analyst to join our team at the University of California, San Francisco. In this role, you will partner closely with senior leadership to manage complex projects and produce strategic communications that advance key initiatives. You will be responsible for drafting high-impact materials, such as presentations, slide decks, meeting agendas, reports, and updates geared toward internal and external audiences.

Your ability to support executives, prepare for meetings, and distill complex information into clear, actionable insights will be critical. You will also be responsible for building relationships with key team members and stakeholders, and for developing and implementing effective strategies to drive fundraising success.

  • Thorough written, verbal and interpersonal communications, tact and political acumen to effectively represent the campus
