Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Strategic Finance Team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to influence data-driven business decisions and shape the future of our company through forecasting and analysis of key business drivers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support pricing team inbound requests and conduct ad hoc analysis.
  • Assist with total member and revenue reporting and forecasting.
  • Prepare Budget vs Actual reports, analyze vendor level spend, and monthly headcount reconciliation for the Sales and Marketing organization.
  • Support month-end close cadence and packages.
  • Demonstrate strategic, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Acquire and maintain an understanding of the strategies, priorities, and issues within the US healthcare system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • 3+ years of business experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Consulting, with fast-growing tech company experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines with an emphasis on attention to details.
  • Proactive self-starter; able to effectively prioritize and manage daily responsibilities independently.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
