This role involves providing direct patient care and developing patient care plans as a skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner on our care team.
ResponsibilitiesDirect Patient Care- Conduct physical examinations, compile medical data, and administer diagnostic tests to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Interpret test results and perform therapeutic procedures to promote patient healing and recovery.
- Instruct patients on prescribed care regimens and personal growth/development to empower them to manage their health effectively.
- Develop and implement patient care plans, recording progress notes to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Assist in provision of continuity of care, adhering to our practice protocols to ensure seamless patient care.
- Masters degree in Physician Assistant Practice or Nurse Practitioner required.
- Active California State PA/NP License and Active DEA License required.
- BLS Certification necessary.
$145,000 - $195,000 per year, plus a sign-on bonus, full benefit package, and retirement with match.
