Senior Site Reliability Engineering Manager

About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team focused on designing, developing, and improving automation and uptime for our massive distributed systems. As a Senior Site Reliability Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of engineers to design, develop, and improve automation and uptime for our cloud storage services
- Investigating complex issues impacting available capacity and customer experience
- Developing and implementing changes to optimize code and improve scalability
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6+ years of technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, or systems administration
- Strong understanding of server architecture, firmware, BIOS, and their interactions
- Experience with distributed systems, management techniques, and methods for ensuring scope control
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders
