- Develop and present customized quotes for lighting fixture projects, ensuring accuracy and competitive pricing.
- Manage a database of open projects and maintain accurate records.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of ELCO Lighting's products and their benefits over competitors' offerings.
- Minimum 3+ years of Sales experience within the Lighting industry.
- Strong passion for sales and a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with LED lighting and its applications in the industry is a plus.
- A competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of Sales experience is required for this position.
- Benefits: Medical / Dental / 401K and other benefits.
- Pay range: $17 - $25 /hr.
