Our team is currently seeking a dedicated Operational Care Specialist to be part of our Sea Logistics division.

Your Role
As a key member reporting to the Sea Logistics Operational Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our internal stakeholders have a seamless experience when interacting with the Operational Care Center.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining comprehensive records for all sea import shipments.
  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues across various Kuehne+Nagel offices.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities for process enhancements and cost efficiencies.
  • Processing files in accordance with established protocols.
  • Ensuring real-time visibility of customer transactions.
  • Creating and updating customer information in our core operating systems.
  • Monitoring and prioritizing customer-specific requests through various communication channels.
  • Adhering to QSHE (Quality, Safety & Health, Environment, Security & Dangerous Goods) standards.

Your Skills and Experiences
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with:

  • At least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service.
