Sea Logistics Sales Professional

Are you a sales-driven individual looking to make a significant impact in the logistics industry? Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a talented Sea Logistics Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our Customer Care team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers to discuss their needs and expectations, and work with the Customer Care team to address any inquiries.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Sea Logistics organization to share knowledge and best practices, and stay up-to-date on market trends and developments.
- Comply with all Kuehne+Nagel procedures, including those related to ethics, compliance, and safety.
- Develop a comprehensive sales plan that aligns with our organizational goals.
- Build relationships with customers through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and presentations, and negotiate and close deals to grow revenue.
- Manage the sales process from start to finish using a CRM system.
- Be knowledgeable about all company products and services, and learn to sell them to customers.
- Use all available resources to achieve sales goals, and provide excellent customer service that exceeds customer expectations.
- Work with other teams to gather information, negotiate pricing, and prepare for the handover of shipments to operations.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of field sales experience in freight forwarding with an international sea logistics focus.
- Experience with logistics processes and solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree.
