School-Based Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Behavioral Services team at Health Care and Rehabilitation Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and delivery of services to a designated program and caseload of clients, providing leadership and supervision of direct service staff, and ensuring compliance with agency, state, and federal guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Program Coordination: Ensure the effective coordination and delivery of services to a designated program and caseload of clients.
- Leadership and Supervision: Provide leadership and supervision of direct service staff, including training, onboarding, and mentoring.
- Administrative Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks of assigned staff, including timecards, time off requests, and other personnel matters.
- Client Services: Assist in the establishment and monitoring of services to clients, including the development and implementation of individualized plans of care.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with agency, state, and federal guidelines, including regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field (strongly preferred).
- Experience: 3 years of experience in the provision of services to children or adults with mental health challenges or developmental disabilities, including leadership and teaching/training experience.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to listen effectively, and ability to read and interpret documents such as technical procedure manuals or government regulations.
- Certifications/Licenses: Valid driver's license and/or the capacity to travel regularly from office to office, or to businesses.
