Allied Universal is actively seeking to fill the role of a Security Flex Officer. This position is crucial for ensuring the safety and security of the facilities under our protection. The Security Flex Officer serves as a visible deterrent to criminal activity and client policy violations, while also identifying and reporting any suspicious, unsafe, or unlawful behavior at or near their assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a secure environment by monitoring and reporting any irregularities.
- Engage with clients, guests, and employees in a professional manner.
- Complete necessary training and comply with state and local licensing requirements.
- Drive company vehicles as needed, adhering to all driving regulations.
- Conduct thorough background checks and drug screenings as part of the hiring process.
- Adapt to various client needs by working at multiple locations and covering shifts as required.
- Exhibit outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Utilize technology effectively to perform job duties.
- Handle emergency situations with composure and efficiency.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in diverse environmental conditions.
- Occasional lifting of items up to 40 pounds.
- Capability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to climb stairs or ladders as necessary.
