Job Overview

We seek an Account Executive for our Real Estate team in our Miami office. This position provides a unique opportunity for an early career communication professional to join a talented and motivated team working on leading luxury and residential projects in Florida.

You will support various strategic communications plans by owning media outreach and supporting client and account management. Ideal candidates have experience or personal interest in real estate, architecture, and design. This role is based in our Miami, Florida office on a hybrid basis.

Accountabilities

  • Contribute to strategy development, press releases, timelines, reports, and other collateral for clients
  • Maintain relationships with local, national, and regional media outlets
  • Ensure press coverage reporting to clients
  • Craft pitches to relevant media about client activities
  • Train and supervise junior staff/interns and delegate tasks as needed
  • Maintain media lists and editorial calendars
  • Support general administrative duties such as copying, filing, and phone calls when necessary

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in PR with agency experience preferred
  • Pitching experience with demonstrated success securing media coverage
  • Creative writing skills including press releases, media pitches, and social media content
  • Strong aesthetic and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Photoshop
  • Familiarity with all social and digital media platforms
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
