Overview:
This role is pivotal in fostering adherence to regulatory standards and ensuring ongoing readiness for assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Remain updated on changes in regulations and standards, interpreting their relevance across various departments.
- Design, implement, and sustain systems for reporting, investigating, and resolving compliance issues.
- Facilitate the development of action plans, monitor performance, and report on deficiencies to mitigate noncompliance risks.
- Collaborate with teams to identify best practices, guarantee survey preparedness, and deliver compliance training and communications throughout the organization.

Within this role, critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to operate with minimal oversight are essential. The candidate must thrive in a dynamic environment and respond appropriately to challenges.

Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse with state licensure.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience in a hospital environment, including familiarity with regulatory requirements.
  • Life support certification as required for the position.
