Job Overview

Position Summary:
The Logistics Warehouse Specialist is responsible for the efficient handling and movement of goods within the distribution center. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse processes. The specialist verifies inventory counts, assists in stock management, maintains thorough documentation, and operates warehouse machinery safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Label pallets with relevant store information.

• Select and prepare items for store restocking.

• Utilize a handheld radio frequency device (RF Scanner) for inventory tracking.

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Interpret safety guidelines, instructions, and procedural manuals effectively.

• Perform basic arithmetic operations accurately: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division across various measurement units, including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Shift Requirements:

• Candidates are expected to commit to their full scheduled shifts. Flexibility to assist on different shifts is preferred.

• Overtime, including weekends and holidays, may be requested with minimal notice.

Dress Code:
Professional attire is required, including well-fitting waist-high jeans (not baggy), and clean shirts or sweatshirts without logos or inappropriate content.

Eligibility for Full-Time Conversion:
Many contractors transition to full-time positions. The following criteria must be met for conversion:

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must possess a high school diploma or a general education degree (GED)/Home School equivalency.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
