The successful candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to verifying the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our warehouse processes.
Key Responsibilities- Authenticate incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders and relevant documentation.
- Examine shipments for precision, quality, and any potential damages.
- Ensure that products are properly labeled, packaged, and documented.
- Document and report any inconsistencies or damages to the designated personnel.
- Maintain organized records of inventory, ensuring both accuracy and accessibility.
- Contribute to a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse personnel and supervisors to facilitate seamless operations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or related field is preferred.
- Experience with RF Scanners is advantageous.
- Ability to accurately interpret documents such as shipping orders, invoices, and packing lists.
- Strong attention to detail with a capability to identify discrepancies.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record management.
- Physical capability to lift and maneuver heavy items as necessary.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving processes and procedures.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards and protocols.
- Competitive pay starting at $17.50/hr.
- Full-time hours from 2:00pm to 10:30pm, Monday to Friday.
