Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and drive early engagements on product architecture, feature definition, and program execution.

  • Manage risks and mitigations, and re-plan as events warrant.
  • Drive alignment across the organization and between teams.
  • Execute on time delivery and deployment, identifying development and feasibility needs, establishing achievements for checkpoints and status updates.
  • Proactively identify issues and solutions, and marshal resources necessary to attack and resolve.
  • Coordinate with teams to identify issues, prioritize tasks, and track risks to schedule and product quality.
  • Use a skillset spanning high-level critical thinking to creative and detailed execution, with comfort in an ambiguous environment.
  • Drive product decisions by defining and analyzing relevant metrics to measure performance and use this data to manage prioritization and trade-offs among needs of various customer and partner groups, as well as system performance and scalability.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in product or program management.
  • Excellent project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams interdependently.
  • Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and independently manage complex project objectives.
  • Ability to independently draft and present deliverables, recommendations, and communication strategies, and influence.
  • Strong analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with voice assistant technology and shipping ML-powered end-user products.
